SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Southwest Florida (Remote within Florida)
This is a remote position. Must reside in the State of Florida. If you are relocating to the state of Florida, you must relocate to Southwest Florida. There may be an occasional on-site need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incident resolution
- Customer support for all live ServiceNow modules
- Request evaluation and completion
- Participation in ServiceNow system upgrades and/or patches
- Participation in small or mid-sized optimization efforts
Requirements:
- 3 years of ServiceNow Administrator experience
- Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Problem-solving and reporting skillS
- Experience with application administration for multiple systems
- MS Office and SharePoint a plus
